Entrance Exam
　　There are 26 positions available for the high school graduates enrollment through the Joint University Entrance Exam (JUEE) and recruitment procedure. A total score of 6 subjects (Chinese, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) is counted for minimal admission criteria. 

Application/Recommendation Admission
　　There are 15 positions available for the high school graduates enrollment through personal application and school recommended process. 

We do not accept any international student application at this time. Transfer Application
　　Only inter-department transfer of the first- or second-year NCKU students is accepted. Applicants who meet the criteria for application (average academic performance: 78 over 100 scale) should submit an essay describing personal characteristics, skills, goals and study plan, including the reasons of choosing to become an occupational therapist, for the department review. Candidates will take a written exam (about Occupational Therapy literature reading) and be interviewed by our faculty member(s). Final decision is based on the written and oral performance.
