      (1)student must selects 2 courses which provides by Dept. of OT.

      (2)student must select one course with regard to the data analysis or

      statistical analysis.

      (3)student can only select the course “Independent study” no more than 2

      times.

      (4)student must discusses what course(credit) he/she should take with

      professor/instructor.
